So I was browsing Encyclopedia Dramatica (<3) on my friend's MacBook for some late-night lulz. I was reading the transcript of a troll raid on an Autism chatroom when one of said trolls dropped this link: http://www.autism.on.nimp.org (DO NOT CLICK)
So without thinking, I clicked. I thought it would just be some site mocking people with disabilities, and/or sick images. MacBook goes bananas: Safari, Mail, iChat, everything starts spamming windows and command prompts and crap. I thought I had a good handle on memes and troll culture but somehow I'd never heard of NIMP.org.
TLDR, what can I do to make sure my friend's Mac isn't infected with malware? I don't own a Mac for reasons which should be familiar to any PC enthusiast/gamer, so I don't even know where to start here. I even posted this from my desktop lest my TR account be picked up by possible malware.
Again, this thing isn't even mine so I need to make sure it's clean, and quick. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
