AeroCool VS-9 vs. BitFenix Shinobi Window

Hi guys,
I'm planning a simple Sandy Bridge i5-2500K build with the following guts:
Intel Core i5-2500K
Asrock Z68 Extreme 4 mobo
4GB Kingston ValueRAM
Sunbeamtech Twister 120 HSF
Palit GTX 560 1GB
1TB WD Caviar Green
I'm deciding between the AeroCool VS-9 or the BitFenix Shinobi Window to house it all.
Also, will I be needing any more fans? I'm factoring in the cost of two 120mm fans just in case, because at least one of my case choices is not known for great cooling. Take note that I live in the Philippines, where normal ambient temperatures are currently 30-35 deg C depending on the time of day.
Thanks in advance and cheers!
