Shouldn't be a problem.

If you're gonna have a fan under it, you should be able to use standard self-tapping screws, but if they prove not to be long enough, I'd use 4 screws and nuts.

If you're just gonna put the grille there, you can use the velcro that comes included.

Wiring shouldn't be a problem. You should have the grille on the inside of the panel, allowing wires to go wherever you want them to go. If I misread your post, and you really have a window with a fanhole in it, route the wire to the closest side of the case then along the sides/bottom/top [whatever works] to hide the wire.

Ah, easy as pie... put the grille behind the opening, then tape the wire down and to the right, it will be hidden by the bar of the X. Just remember that it's there when you take the panel off when changing stuff.

Oh yeah, the fan should be able to go behind the grille. Like I said, if you can get long-enough screws and nuts, you won't have to stress over getting those damned self-tapping screws to self-tap.

OMG! That grill is sooo bright!

I put it on the inside so my case is like a lighthouse now...
