Serve the Home got its hands on a new Xeon Phi workstation for some testing. The story doesn't really detail practical workloads that you would actually want to use with a real Xeon Phi, but it did have an interesting demonstration of the system running plain old Windows and other plain old x86 software without needing any modification to the binaries. While not a particularly good measurement of the capabilities of the Xeon Phi, they even ran Cinebench just to show that it can be done.
Here's the story and the embedded video shows Cinebench starting at 2:17 or so.
