The definition of consumer certainly doesn't exclude those who purchase custom-made/bespoke/made-to-order products, even if there is only one in the world.

Now you guys have me thinking that there is a market for "Personal Supercomputers" maybe using that Eypic CPU AMD is coming up with or quad Xeons. ~$100,000 or less depending on the configuration. Is there a market?

Nevermind, Nvidia at least is making one with one vendor selling them for ~$70,000:
