9-series Core i5 (?)/7/9-K CPUs purported to be soldered

It seems like the K-SKUs should be all soldered IHSes, if the slide contents are of any indication. Videocardz is only able to confirm the octacores, though.

I am now seriously wondering if Intel is intentionally leaking all this now...

It sure makes me really want to change my i5-4590 up to the 9900K. There's still a question mark over how my existing H60 would cool such a setup, though, when fully loaded, even when helped by solder.
