No Ryzen 4000 CPUS? Yet...

Bummer if one wants to build a new desktop now, well I guess they would have to wait a few more months... Personally I would consider getting the Ryzen 7 4700GE at 35W TDP and 3100Mhz assuming I would want to build a low profile SFF ATX system. Such as the SilverStone Milo L08 that I was looking at a few years ago...

However I would end up paying more for the PSU and possibly the HSF, and I don't know how much noticeable performance will be loss with a 500Hmz lower clockspeed compared to the Ryzen 7 4000G's 3600Mhz. Not much at all?

You can always get the higher TDP chip and enable eco mode for lower thermals.

Wouldn't that depend on the Motherboard's Firmware? I tend to go for the more mid-range boards and not the ones with all of the bells and whistles.

Unless they've changed things with the 4000G series, it should be a standard feature.
