There are so many it really depends on how you're planning to use it.
I would immediately throw anything that starts with a base in C and extends from there in the garbage pile. C++ has moved away from C-style programming a long time ago. It is even evolving away from pure OOP in the last few years to something more declarative.
So the O'Reilly suggestion is a good one. In a more general sense, prefer a modern book over a classic.
