I have hp envy x360 convertible and it was acting weird. So I tried to reset it by using windows 10 reset option. After 30 mins or so, it says reset is complete but some of my files were not deleted, so I clicked ok. Every since then, I get black screen of death with one white cursor frozen on top left. It just stuck there and when I hard start my pc, it doesn't even boot to the bio screen but goes straight to black screen of death in matter of few secs I press power button. Is my cpu or hdd or ram died or something? the pc was unusually slow and was always loading(small circle sign for loading) for nothing. Even opening task manager was taking a long time despite the fact it has i7 6500u, 12gb ram, 7200rpm hdd. but now it's just gets black screen of death after I try to reset windows 10 to original state. what's wrong with this thing?
