Asus PN50 Multi monitor problem

Mon Dec 14, 2020 3:05 pm

Dear everyone,

I just bought an ASUS PN50 and it's a great mini machine.
I build it up with 16Go ram DDR4 and 256 gb SSD.
BUT.... the muli monitor doesn't work.
First i can't turn on the computer and plug a monitor, i have to plug it before turning on.
And then each IO works fine but alone, as soon as i plug 2 or three monitor, the only remaining is the one from USB-c dp.
Of course the monitor works perfectly fine and it's the right output.

Any advice?

Regards

I have the same problem, when I use one of the display outputs it works fine and it displays.

But when trying to Connect a second output (HDMI + Display port) the second output is not working at all.

Not sure whats the solution.

Hi,

I just want to add one cent for this topic. As per the official Asus guideline, it can support up to 4 displays via HDMI interface.

So, maybe the issue is that the monitors were not plugged via HDMI interface (type -c interface seems not support multiple displays).
