Yes, good idea.

No, but I see the logic in that.

Hamsters

Should wireless mice be called hamsters? Afterall, a wireless mouse has no wire, therefore it is a mouse without a tail, ie a hamster. 8)

It could be a mouse that's been in a bad fight.

It must have ran into a pack of gerbils.
Does anyone remember laughter?

Well... other than the fact that it probably ought to have been posted in the Back Porch instead, I found it amusing.

I meant it in an amusing, sarcastic way. People are so touchy... :-?

Hehe, thats ok then. Everyone I have told has said something along those lines.

Im starting to think this should have been in the Back Porch as well. I just though since it was about mice then it should be in the Gen Hardware.

Nah, tail-less mice can only mean one thing: a farmer's wife!

What is the origin of the word "mouse" in the computer field? Was the first use for the device itself, or the pointer on the screen? I think the pointer looks a lot more like a mouse than the first mice ever did.

Good question. It makes sense both ways, if you ask me.

A pointer looks like a pointer. It does not look like a mouse!

A mouse looks like an object with a wire coming out of it i.e. a mouse
