Dose 1080p 60hz monitor need GTX 1060, or 1050 ti is enough?

Not even my 1070 can guarantee a constant 60FPS in e.g. Witcher 3.
A 1050 can drive a monitor just fine. But you won't get a fluid performance at all times with eye candy enabled.

Yes! But I like to play Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 on 1080p...Nivdi recommended to use 1050 ti for play pes 2018 on 1080p... I can get 1060 6gb ... but the problem I can't get 144hz monitor... pes 2018 just works on 60hz monitor... is 1060 6gb going to be overkill for gaming on 60hz monitor? do I really need G-sync technology in this point?

If the game is hard-coded to run internally at 60fps, then a 144Hz monitor wont' do any good. It'll still be stuck at 60fps.

So my question is, what happens if you turn off vsync? Does the framerate go beyond 60?

I don't know much about Pro Evo Soccer 2018 (not a terribly common game it sounds like), but TR reviewed the GTX1060 6GB in Witcher 3 (which is likely much more demanding that Pro Evo Soccer 2018) at 2560x1440 resolution and ULTRA graphics settings and that card produced a pretty constant 45fps. No doubt that number would jump up if they tested at 1080p. There are other games tested in that article for reference also.
Take a look at this Tomshardware review of the GTX1050Ti also. There are quite a few games tested there also.
As always, pay attention to tested resolution and graphical settings used in any reviews.

If this game is just a port from the Xbox/Play Station then a 1050Ti should good enough. That said, there is nothing wrong with buying a better video card - especially if you will be playing more demanding games.

If you can afford it, just get the 1060 6GB model, you will thank me later.
