This question can probably be covered in
your system build forum thread.I don't know much about Pro Evo Soccer 2018 (not a terribly common game it sounds like), but
TR reviewed the GTX1060 6GB in Witcher 3 (which is likely much more demanding that Pro Evo Soccer 2018) at 2560x1440 resolution and ULTRA graphics settings and that card produced a pretty constant 45fps. No doubt that number would jump up if they tested at 1080p. There are other games tested in that article for reference also.
Take a look at this Tomshardware review of the GTX1050Ti also. There are quite a few games tested there also.
As always, pay attention to tested resolution and graphical settings used in any reviews.
