The Anandtech review's closing thoughts
make it sound like 2060 performance is nigh indistinguishable from the 1070 Ti you have on hand. That 6GB framebuffer's going to begin pinching in the near to medium term as well, a problem the 1070 Ti's relatively generous 8GB doesn't have. And finally, I'm skeptical that raytracing will be especially useful within this performance bracket. So if I were you, I'd keep the 1070 Ti.
