In general, no, but it depends on a lot of things - OS, what are you connected it to and how (direct to machine through DP/HDMI, using a dock, or converter). For instance, I used a Dell Latitude for work and connect and have three screens connected - two using DVI to DP converters into the Dell dock and the third using VGA straight to the laptop (it's a weird setup). Windows 10 handles it fine, though. Right-click empty desktop, click Display settgings, then it should each screen and a number. you can click each display, scroll down, and set the Display resolution, Display orientation and whether to Extend the desktop, Duplicate. Back at the top, you can drag each number to how you want them to work (side-by-side, top to bottom, etc).
