I have the following:
Intel 2.2 ghz
Gigabyte GA-8ITXE ATX i850 Motherboard
512 Rdram
60 Gigs IBM
Plextor 24x cd-rw
pioneer 16x DVD
sound blaster audigy plat
klipsch 5.1 surround sound
In-win ATX full tower with 9 bays

I usually play counter strike and games like that so which one? I rarely video edit!

Only buy an 8500DV if you a) video edit, or b) want to watch TV on your PC.

Both cards are overkill for just counter-strike, I'll have a full comparison in a couple of weeks. What I can tell you so far is that the 8500DV is actually at a lower clock speed than the normal 8500, and I'm not sure if you can even overclock it up to retail 8500 speeds.

For games, the Ti500 is king, there's just no TV and limited VIVO stuff.
