And my other question, how are the dual head drivers for linux (and windows as well). I've had bad luck with ati dual head in the past, but that was long ago (I've had good luck on windows with both matrox and nvidia recently, but no experience on linux with either of those).
Let's say I wanted to dual head with both monitors at 1600x1200 (3200x1200) at 85 Hz. I would be running nice monitors, say a couple Sony G520s or Mitsu 2070s, but I've seen some card monitor combos that can't sync up the refresh at high res/hsync combos, and interfere with each other where the monitors are closest (I would be running the dual monitors in a single workstation configuration -- can describe better if needed).
Thanks for any insight or anecdotal evidence you can provide,
Brad
