Hello all.
I was given the challenge of implementing some kind of apps and website testing in my company. We are starting to build apps and websites in a more consistent way therefore we see the necessity of testing these more professionally. I came here to ask for directions basically. I will probably be the only tester at the beginning but it would be interesting to develop some kind of rules that other testers could follow. I will appreciate any advice you can throw.
We are a company of around 50 people and we have a R&D department of 8 programmers and 2 designers. We build websites and apps of IOS, Android and recently WP. We have other departments which make all kinds of things, from cartography to photogrammetry (i'm a photogrammetrist myself), to content development for tourism and such.
