Skype/multiple user accounts/privacy

Sun Jul 17, 2016 6:02 am

Hi,

Anyone of you using skype with multiple users on the same system?
On my windows PC I only have one user account which is being used by 2 users.
on this pc I am running skype, on which both users can log in with their own account.
We also use skype on multiple phones.

Now Somehow magically, I am getting all the skype contacts from skype-user1 in the list of skype-user2!
They appear in the normal contact list, but when you look closer they are marked as "this contact is not in your contact list yet" or something alike.
now when I select "contacts->contactlist->skype" I can only see my own contacts again. And ... when I then select contactlist->all, They also don't show up anymore.
However when I log out and log in they appear again.
Even scarier is the fact that now the same happens when I log in to that account on another device!
I even tried uninstalling skype and removing all leftover folders and (cache) files, but I cannot get rid of those contacts.

Has anyone seen this behavior before?
To me it seems like quite a privacy concern...
