The last time I purchased an appliance from Home Depot I noticed they're using a customer delivery scheduling system that looked pretty snazzy. When I saw that you can go in as the customer and see time slots that are still open and select them I thought it would be really helpful to have something similar in my workplace. It seems like a great way to keep IT staff installing and keep them away from the hassle of manually e-mailing/adjusting there calendar for ever single install with 5500 more computers to go before the death of Windows 7! Does anyone have experience with any software that does this effectively?
