CFD Software

Tue Jul 29, 2014 10:04 am

Hello.

I have been tasked with looking into Computational Fluids Dynamics software for the company.

Will be mainly using it for water piping (multiple paths, head loss/gains, flow rates, gravity fed, pumped, etc.) The ability to do gas flows, etc. would also be nice.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

A few I have looked at so far

and a few others.

I don't know who is going to be using your software, and they can probably pick something better suited than either of us, but the only one I had ever used was Fluent.
