I never had patience to sit and watch it on screen. My mom later told me when she was younger she went to a Braves game and saw Hank Aaron knock it out the park for a home run. It was probably quite an experience to see that and it made an impact on her. I've never been to a major league game but now living near Philadelphia I should try and go to a Phillies game with my kids. I did enjoy playing Little League as a kid and I had a Reggie Jackson glove.

I never understood why Bo Jackson in particular just HAD to play football. As a RB, he's gonna take a lot more hits than say Dieon Sanders. Much higher injury risk. He could have been a perennial all star for 15 years, and retired mostly healthy. Instead he just had to go play football and ended up limping through a couple more baseball seasons and now walks like a 90 year old.
