Blah. Kind of pissed we let Indiana score that late touchdown. But I guess that's what happens when the 3rd stringers get in there.

Also, glad Oklahoma lost proving once again that Bob Stoops sucks more than Jim Tressel in the big games.

I'm not too big on the college football, but I just want to get in here and go...
Hurrah MSU!

Larry Caper is apparently awesome, and a shout out to him because his dad was one of my high school track coaches. He came in to a few of our practices for sprint workouts while he was still in eighth grade. :)

Another exciting late rally for Tate Forcier. I still love the kid even though he couldn't shoulder the entire team through overtime. Michigan really needs to learn how to get it done in the first three quarters so he doesn't have to kill himself in the fourth. He was trying so hard to catch his breath late in that game I have no idea how he managed to tie it up. The defense was pretty impressive at the end too.

Eh, I saw it coming. Michigan is better this year, but not quite there yet. MSU had a few embarrising defeats and has done well against Michigan at home. Next year will be different I'm sure.

I see MSU's old coach is still doing well. #1 in fact.

I feel bad for LSU that they dropped so far losing a game that they, technically, should have lost.

I believe that LSU still controls their own destiny. If they win out, they'll have to beat Alabama and meet Florida in the SEC championship game. High-profile wins against ranked opponents like those would likely move them up to second place in the polls if Texas goes undefeated.

Iowa and Ohio State should switch places. I don't think LSU should be lower than Miami either.

As a Michigan fan I laughed a lot. But hey that's Big10 foozball...oh yeah. Although Iowa on top is a bit shocking.

I'm starting to think bama vs fla might be a damn good game to watch.

You know, it's becoming harder for me to cheer on my team. It's hard for me to want to beat Iowa in a more open-minded sense. What happens if OSU beats Iowa? No, we don't move up in the rankings much, Iowa just drops. National opinion drops more for the big 10 (we're "cannibalizing" ourselves, etc.). Ugh! Same type of thing with Penn State. Though I do think that if we hadn't had that abysmal excuse for a game against Purdue it wouldn't be as bad...

An unbeaten Alabama team dropped another spot as they were idle, preparing for the big game against LSU next weekend to decide who's the best in the SEC-West. Florida clinched the top spot in the SEC-East yesterday.

Someone should have cheered for them yesterday. Reports are that the Longhorns stampeded over the Cowboys.

Yeah. lol. I'm just glad that our defense actually played like they were facing a team, so that the worst offense in the country did not achieve > 100 yards on offense (62 if I remember correctly from the boards). It was a pretty entertaining day on offense though, at least in the first half. DeVier Posey threw a (40?) yard TD pass to Sanzenbacher off the double reverse. Not used to seeing Jimmy T call that kind of play.

Also, all the USC sucking-up is annoying. We lost to them, yes, but barely. They were defeated by a team with a similar record as Purdue. They just got TROUNCED by an Oregon team who was 5 ranks below them. They should not be that far ahead of OSU in the rankings. But hopefully that won't last passed this weekend; we play Penn State (in Happy Valley) but I think we still have a good chance to beat them if everyone plays well. If our O-Line can't step up and protect Pryor so he can make plays, then I think we'll have a rough night.

Having nearly 4 shutouts (3 whole ones) makes me feel pretty good about how our defense will play against Penn State, though.

Solid win over Penn State this weekend. Great game to watch; solid defensive play all around. Disappointing loss for Iowa, but I don't know how well they will play without Stanzi next week here in the 'Shoe.

Yes he does! Though I think it helped a lot that their O-Line played really well; Cam. Heyward wasn't able to get squat in terms of pressure on him for the large majority of the game.
