Well, we're definitely not prohibiting sarcasm, but we're not so keen on the serious name calling, especially if it gets vicious. The mods will sometimes have to make a judgement call on personal attacks, but there will generally be a warning before action is taken.
And poopyheads who try to dance around the finer points of the rules testing the limits will have to deal with me.
