Yeah, phpBB requires the user to be logged in so his preferences apply.

Any way "Your Posts" could be put up there also? I don't know about others, but I exclusively click "active topics" and "your posts" and rarely/never use the others.

I was going to make a post awhile back but was unsure if it would get any response. Have you guys ever considered offering recognition to active forum posters with 10+ years?
It would take you 2,363 continuous hours or 98 days,11 hours, and 35 minutes of gameplay to complete your Steam library.
In this time you could travel to Venus one time.

The problem occurs with the Canvas theme. We'll see about providing a fix.

We've implemented an almost-fix for the "Find member" dialog box and will be reaching out to the theme author for "proper" solution.

In the meantime, we also applied some formatting to Canvas that we literally forgot about during the move  The forum font face and size now match the main site, the header bar and some other bars were darkened and/or made the regular TR blue.

I've seen a glitch a couple times where when I click on the forums link on the news.x page I'll get directed to an IP address and it behaves like I'm not logged in. Both times it's gone away when I went back to the news page and clicked the forum link again.

I quite like that the forum menu bar at the top "floats" now, so that it is always visible.

I'm less of a fan of the mobile layout, which omits too much useful information in the name of simplifying things.

Agree on the floating menu bar, very nice to have.

Managed to accidentally log out though by trying to touch the bell icon (on an iPhone SE): could the positions of the 5 icons possibly be swapped around so log-out is not next to the most-used one? Or if not, maybe a confirmation screen as a buffer against fat fingers?

The "report this post" icon looks sort of like an Eye of Sauron.

We had another user report this and we're looking into it. In the meantime, can you keep an eye out and let us know if (1) the thread link you click already has the IP address in it, or (2) the link is OK but when you click it, you're somehow redirected to the IP?

Topinio: swapping the icons around isn't very feasible, but we'll add that note into our feedback to the Black theme author.

I'll try, but I don't usually think to check the link before I click on it.

Okay, bthylafh and others who spotted this problem: the Hot Forum Threads links should be all kosher now. We took the opportunity to make those links always go to the first unread post in the thread.

I'm hating the auto-formatting you've got going on.  I've had links that won't show up properly and I constantly have to edit each post to get the paragraph spacing that I originally had when posting for the first time.

The amount of white is a little off-putting as well - it makes it harder to read as there is little variation from post to post.

(..interestingly the formatting was saved correctly on this post, is there something special about this thread than the others?)

Got this error just now, directly under the "Hot Forum Threads" header on the news.x page:

[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file /techreport/www/include/tr_detect_mobile.x on line 57: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /techreport/www/include/tr_templates_common.x:43)

I reloaded and it was still there, and a couple minutes later reloaded and it was gone.
