Are you planning on upgrading your GTX780?

4600MHz RAM sounds like overkill/waste of money to me. I'd shoot somewhere in the 3600MHz range (maybe that's what you meant to type)
Main: i5-3570K, ASRock Z77 Pro4-M, MSI RX480 8G, 500GB Crucial BX100, 2 TB Samsung EcoGreen F4, 16GB 1600MHz G.Skill @1.25V, EVGA 550-G2, Silverstone PS07B
HTPC: A8-5600K, MSI FM2-A75IA-E53, 4TB Seagate SSHD, 8GB 1866MHz G.Skill, Crosley D-25 Case Mod

Those do not look like very reasonable choices for motherboard and memory.

If you like MSI, what features does the $190 Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon motherboard provide that you would miss with the $143 Z370 SLI Plus? If you like Asus, how about the $162 TUF Z370 Pro Gaming?

That $550 memory kit is an overpriced extravagance. $185 G.Skill F4-3200C16D-16GVKB or $240 Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3733C17R or even $215 Crucial BLT2K8G4D30AETA would provide very similar real-world performance for hundreds of dollars less. You could spend the difference on a high-performance PCIe SSD or on a 2x16 GiB kit like the $414 G.Skill F4-3200C15D-32GVK to double the amount of memory.
