I really can't thank you all enough for the help. I decided to switch to the Crucial SSD to save $10. I'm sticking with the small antec case as it's really the only case in my price range that A. Sits horizontally and B. Isn't hideous or calling attention to itself. I'm fine with being stuck with a small case that only supports a TFX PSU and low-profile GPU as I never plan to use anything but a low-end GPU in the future. I grabbed the same blu-ray drive for $10 cheaper on amazon (had a gift card waiting to be used anyway), so it total the system is only going to cost $523. All that for a shelf-sitting, nearly silent, Core i3 Coffee Lake 4k entertainment and work PC. I'll wait a generation or so and then throw in the latest passively cooled low-profile gpu.

If you can, please post some build pics and first impressions.

I'll admit, I got pretty interested in this when you mentioned a TFX PSU. When I bought a TFX PSU for my HTPC (5 years ago), I had the intention of using it in this InWinn case. That plan never materialized though, so it will be fun to build vicariously through you!
