There are crucial parts missing from your list, at least the CPU and RAM. The GeForce 8400 GS, however, probably has no place in a new PC - it's a video card that's about ten years old. It would only be useful if you need a DVI output because the motherboard doesn't have one.

Also, I guess that few people here can tell from the top of their head where KSA is (Kingdom of South Africa?) and, more importantly, how much is 300 SAR (Rand?) in US or Canadian dollars.

We need some more information and we also need to know what are you going to use the computer for.

Also it might be good to share where you're getting your prices from, so we can see what's available in your market

Saudi Arabia? Except 400 SAR = $106 USD per google. Either I've got the wrong currency or this is a phishing post (current build with missing CPU, RAM, PSU, and storage is already 70% higher than the stated budget)

I'd definitely need some guidance to online PC hardware stores for Saudi Arabia

Anyway, have a look at the TR system build guide for some examples to get you started in the right direction (something like the Econo Plus build is a good budget system)

Right now is a VERY bad time to buy a computer. RAM and GPU prices are extremely expensive.
