Wow, I didn't realize the Samsung Pro was so much better in sustained performance. Still, unless the iphone can achieve much more than 500MB/s (which is already damn fast !!) then I would almost always go for the bigger, rather than the faster SSD. A cheap 1TB SSD is probably the best choice.

Remember that "Intellipower" means 5400 rpm.
A 5 TB 7200 rpm Toshiba X300 drive is just $110 at Newegg.
