New build

Mon Sep 16, 2019 2:00 pm

Just feel like sharing. After several years I built a new machine. Ryzen 5 2400G, on a Asrock B450M Pro4 with 16gb of PC3200 DDR4. It replaced an Athlon A10-6700k. So far so good. Found a nice deal on a used 2400G and the board was only $70 from Newegg, so I'm in for less than $250 between board, CPU, and RAM. Not running a dedicated video card as I don't play modern PC games.

It's nice that you can nowadays get a decent complete core-computer for not much.
