good monitor to get?

does anyone no of a decent LCD monitor for under $450 or close to it that is at least 19 inch, can go to resolutions at least 1600 by 1200 and has a dot pitch of at least .26 ?

The 2005FPW is a steal at this price..as well as the 2001...their 19" is among the best available for the price

Just about all the 19" panels you see will be 1280x1024. It's 20" and above for 16x12. The Dell 2001FP, when on one of their periodic firesales, would fit your specs. Dell may have another sale, and there may be others dropping into that price range in the next few months, if you can be patient.

He said 1600 x 1200. If I'd seen yesterday's 2001FP deal before it expired this morning, I'd proibably have finally bought it since it's relatively cheap now.

I dont think ur gonna find 16x12 on a 19"... its 20" afaik ^^

This is the
only one 19" 16x12 LCD that I know of. It has been discontinued and doesn't have the highend specs of today such as sub-20ms response time, 500+:1 contrast and DVI input.
That thing cost like 4K when it was released.
