If it is gaming PC, why Media Center Edition, remote, and the like?

its because it is going to be in my room, and acting as a CD player aswel. thats why i added a decent sound card, instead of onboard, btw does it make much difference?

Depends on the speakers. If they are cheap ones, then forget about it.

It does make a discernable difference imho. Even then much depends on the quality of the speakers

well my speakers are logitec surround sound... but i will be using headphones for gaming, they are quite good headphones


btw is it worth going 939 bc i wont be upgrading processor ect, and major price cuts will make it much cheaper, also it means i could get 3gig ram
