$27 CDN managed 5 port switch from Newegg.ca

NETGEAR ProSAFE 5-Port Gigabit Web Managed (Plus) Switch (GS105E) - Lifetime Warranty

Supposedly does port mirroring and VLANs, what more could you want for 27 loonies

That's a reasonable price for that switch NIB w/warranty, especially in CD$.  I'm using the big brother of that switch, the GS108E, on my home network. The only downside to Netgear's managed prosumer switches is the lack of an internal webserver for configuration. You have to use a Windows-only Netgear application to manage the device.

Not sure what Netgear is calling a "web interface" because the GS105E documentation specifies use of the ProSafe Utility running on Windows (unlike their APs and routers which do serve HTTP).  I think they do this so that any number of switches can be deployed at default settings and everything will start talking as a Layer 2 network, after which the utility can discover, inventory, and configure the switches without a blizzard of IP conflicts.

Page 7 of this data sheet explicitly indicates it as having a web GUI. I mean, I have definitely been told white lies by vendors before...
