It looks like a Xeon Phi socket, to my eyes. They're gargantuan.

Both LGA-3647 and these sockets are huge, but the numbers I've seen indicate these guys have over 4000 pins, so AMD wins the socket size battle.

The socket just poops out a torrent of AM3+ motherboards if you do. And they're all covered in mucus, so you can't even use them 'til they dry out.
