I've decided that I'll likely just buy a new board soon just in case anything goes wrong. Everything is still running normally and smoothly, but I really don't want to chance it. Thanks for all the help, everyone! It was greatly appreciated :>

Well, just got a BSOD randomly. First one ever. I went to open SpeedFan after installing a USB device and for some odd reason the system insta-BSOD'd. Here's the dump, for anyone curious:
