At some point in the last few updates, Olympus Viewer 3 decided it won't export images for any reason. I can try, and the Export Dialogue gets as far as the "Saving..." window, then errors out with "Unable to Save File." I have Adobe Lightroom 4.4 and PSE 9, but am unable to find a plugin that can handle Olympus' ".ORF" raw format. Google-fu reveals a lot of similar frustration and frustratingly few solutions.

Any pointers or ideas? I can copy a tweaked image out of OV3 to clipboard and then paste it into another program, but that's horribly tedious.

$10/month gets you the latest Lightroom and Photoshop- it's only money .

(there are other options, even free options, if you need only get your RAW files into .tiff format)


Further, I don't think Micro 4/3rds is really going anywhere. The format is hurting with the whole market, but it isn't going anywhere, and it has a lot of advantages for a lot of shooters, as you well know.
