Hi All,
Just curious if any of you are having great success with any current printers and installed Continuous Ink Supply Systems (CISS)?
I am currently running six Epson 3640's and while I can still get them used or even refurbished, but I know the end is near for these. Been running this model since 2015 and Epson has finally discontinued it. So I am on the hunt for a replacement. I know Epson has their new "Eco-Tank" printer that come with refillable resevoirs, but has anyone had much luck with aftermarket inks in those?
We literally buy our ink by the gallon for $100 per gallon for the normal CMY colors as dye inks and $250 for a gallon of pigment black (don't like how the dye black spreads in the paper fibers). I'd like to stay in that range if at all possible.
Thanks!
Mark
