Need Help .. Canon SX 150 IS Manual Focusing ..

I need help in using the manual focusing function in movie recording mode.
I am trying to create the focusing in and out effects during video recording with the canon SX 150 IS but cannot seem to find the information in user manual and online.
The effects is like this video sample at youtube:

In DSLR movie mode, just a simeple turn of the focusing right at the lens can create this effect.
