TR did a new article quite some time ago about this little cooler and it seemed to garner a lot of interest. A user on the PCMR subreddit bought the Thermaltake version and decided to run some tests. I think it's worth a little look-see. The HSF is rated for only a 75w TDP but the test was run on a 95w Skylake 6600k.https://www.reddit.com/r/pcmasterrace/comments/5gquat/thermaltake_engine_27_initial_results/
Test 1 had some really high temps, but Test 2 seemed to be much better. I suppose it's due to a set-in period for the Thermal compound, but the delta between tests seemed a bit high to just be that alone.
Here's a link to the actual product page on the Thermaltake site.http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00002957
