CPU IDLE

Sat Nov 16, 2002 9:37 am

HI MATES!
You know there's a software called CPU IDLE that decreses dramatically cpu temperatures. Do you use it? Because i tried it but it freezes my system all the times!

What kind of experiences do (or "did") you have with it?

Bye

I never trusted these programs. I have a friend who swears by them, but I would never use it. I prefer to have a good hsf to begin with, and not worry about a program to step in and screw with my voltage, power consumtion, and whatever else...

Hi. I fold 24/7, so these programs would be no use to me anyway.
