I have a nice cooliong sysyem sort of
On my cpu ihave a globalwin fop38 and i have both exit and inter fans in the front and back. I also craved out a huge hole for the enter fans in the front. on the bottom i have one of those south bay engineering card and system cooler thing. My system get cool sometimes but its runs hot sine its an XP chip. I noticed that my powersupply get hot after about 1h hour and that hot air is sucked into my cpu fan and so my cpu doesnt get any cooler. I was wondering i SHOULD add anotehr fan to help exit and cool off the power supply, would that help on getting the hot air from my cpu?

You want to make sure your power supply fan is blowing outwards, and also that you're not nearing the limits of power output from the power supply.

I had a cheapy case a few years ago that was really strained by the celeron 450A with 2 CD and two hard drives. The power supply was probably the warmest thing in the case, on a regular basis. Not that it mattered to me, I ran in until it broke (which it still hasn't, even in my mom's possesion).

You also want to make sure that you case has a positive air pressure. In other words, you need more air comming in than can get out. If you have a negative pressure, air will come in wherever it can. If it is the case that your power supply fan is the weakest of the bunch (entirely possible) it may not be able to do its job and therefor let hot air flow from the PS into the case. It may not hurt to add an extra fan to the PS. A lot of the new larger power supplies have a pair of fans. Just make sure that they are moving the hot air out of your case and not into.
