Both are good brands, and can pretty much max out the SATA III bus. Enthusiasts prefer MLC (i.e. 2 bits/cell) over TLC (3 bits/cell, as used in the Samsung), so if the A-Data SU900 is actually 2-bits/cell MLC, then it might be the preferable one, in terms of wear longevity. Not that TLC is noticeably worse, but if the prices are roughly in the same ballpark, I'd prefer MLC over TLC.
