Now, let's make the thread a bit more useful. Assuming "capacity" means how large of USB storage (stick, HDD/SSDs), then the answer to that sort of depends on which file system the storage is formatted in? Like FAT16 should in theory allows only 2GB, but will give the best compatibility. FAT32 can do more but beyond 32GB compatibility becomes iffy. exFAT may depend on if you have the driver/kernel mod to mount the file system. NTFS would be even worse. I don't know enough about how Linux file systems like ext3 and ext4 work on Android/Chromebooks so I will let others chime in.
