Apparently it came up at a Qualcomm event again. Still making plans to release it, and claiming multi-day battery life:

Windows on ARM is a fantastic platform. What malware would run on it?

Last I heard it was supposed to be x86 app compatible this time.

I have no idea. I remember Intel publicly threatening them about it but we'll see.
