Technology Assurance Program.
It basically turns your 14 day return period into a 1, 2, or 3 year return period, for a fee. You pay for TAP when you buy it, and it gets you one replacement. If you want, though, you can get TAP on the replacement card, too.
It's not cheap, but it works a lot faster than an RMA, and it sometimes gets you a free upgrade or two.
I bought a GeForce 2 Ultra when they first came out, 500$.
I got a GeForce 3 when they came out 6 months later, plus ~75$ store credit.
I got a GeForce 3 Ti500 for my GF3 and 25$ to replace the expended TAP.
I would have been able to swap up my Ti500 to a Ti4600, but I lost my receipt, and CompUsa couldn't find a record of my purchase (bastards).
Like I said, not cheap, but it does make it possible to skate along the hardware bleeding edge much more cheaply.
