For those of you following the SCO/Novell/IBM circus...

Fri Sep 14, 2007 7:16 pm

...SCO has filed for bankruptcy protection.

And there was much rejoicing.

One more nail in the coffin.

I love the headline on The Inq's article:
SCO files Chapter 11 bankruptcy
Seeks court protection from its own lawsuits

Whoa, Novell has spared no expense putting together the team of attorneys to represent them at the bankruptcy hearing. Looks like they've got all the bases covered:
Ms. Dyas earned her J.D. from the University of Texas Law School in 2002, and her Ph.D. in Linguistics from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002. Her doctoral research analyzed the linguistic features of deception under oath in English and certain romance languages.

Hehe...

Looks like SCO's about to get reamed.
