Hello,

I was wondering if people have some good Ubuntu websites for learning and doing 'stuff' with Ubuntu.

Distribution centered Wikis are always a great place to learn cool things:

Yeah, their own web site is pretty good. I think I've generally found more useful info in the forums (http://ubuntuforums.org/) than the Wiki, but both are good resources.

Just Googling what you're trying to do and "Ubuntu" also generally yields helpful info.

There are also a few Ubuntu users here, so asking right here on this forum is also a reasonable option.
