at the install-css.sh script. So they can't give you the DVD decryption code, but they can install a script which will automatically download and install it for you!

I guess it is sort of like a click-through shrinkwrap license in reverse...

'Perfect' might be a bit much, but The Perfect Desktop - Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic Koala) provides a pretty thorough list of things you could add if you are new to Ubuntu.
