I am happy with this set up. Only thing I might have done different is added in a 120GB SSD for a boot drive and kept the 512's as data drives instead of one of the 512GB as a boot/data drive.
I kept the side window for a couple or reasons. After a weeks time and not having any heat issues I did not see the need more ventilation or fans. Plus, there is no built in filters for the side grill which would seem to defeat the purpose of all the other filters built into this case.
