Sony has taken the wraps off a new all-in-one PC that borrows strongly from Apple's iMac design, but with a twist. As its name indicates, the new VAIO LT PC/TV is intended to be an all-in-one PC and TV. It sports an integrated VESA-mountable 22" display, a slot-loading Blu-ray disc drive, and an optional cable TV tuner.
Inside, the VAIO LT features an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB of memory, an "an easily expandable roomy hard drive," and a 802.11n wireless network controller. There's also a 1.3-megapixel camera and a built-in microphone for users' video chatting/blogging needs. Sony's PR site doesn't list an official price for the system, but according to a report by DailyTech, the cheapest VAIO LT model will cost $1,900 when it hit stores in October.
