Am I the only one who went into a nerd rage when the SNL skit called the smaller iPod a micro?

Everybody knows that micro = 10^-6, while nano = 10^-9.

If they wanted something smaller they should’ve called it the pico, then the femto!

I’ve decided to make my next system AMD. Probably. I can’t afford i7 and don’t think I can wait for i5 (current mobo is dying), so my choices are Phenom II or Core 2 Quad, and only one of those has any upgrade path. The performance-per-dollar is about the same, too.

I remember hearing “BUY AMD NOW” back when it was 8 dollars/share. Look how well that turned out.

I cannot express how much I hate Hulu and the way they infested youtube with their marketing crap.

If you read the article, they were talking about buying AMD equipment (not necessarily stock) to help them avoid going out of business, and it’s more of a blog post than an article.

I bought them at $2.65, and so far… meh. But they seem to be making a rally today.
